About ATM Components & Technology Quality Policy

ATM Components and Technology, Inc. operates under a Total Quality Management System, in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards and provides a 90-day warranty on our parts and repairs.

Our Quality Control Department is led by an individual who has received training as an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Lead Auditor and has over ten years experience in quality control management systems and principles, to ensure that the product you receive is of the highest possible quality available.

Our Total Quality Management System encompasses strict electro-static discharge [ESD] policies and procedures, 5S principles, and defect failure analysis, allowing us to work pro-actively to prevent problems before they occur. We also work closely with our suppliers and vendors to ensure our strict quality guidelines are met.

As a result of our ongoing efforts, our total quality delivery performance averages over 99%.

ACT also works to be compliant with the environmental standards of ISO 14001 and is a member of the American Society for Quality [ASQ].
